Each of us was born, raised and resides in the Eastern suburbs of Cleveland and regularly serve clients throughout Lake, Geauga, and Cuyahoga Counties.  We understand the differences between neighborhoods, school districts, newer developments, historic homes, lakefront living, acreage properties and the many micro-communities that make up our local real estate market.

That knowledge helps us do more than open doors or put a sign in the yard. It helps us understand how a property should be positioned, what buyers are likely to value, where complications may arise and how to guide clients through decisions with useful context.

Our listing philosophy is simple: the quality of the marketing should not depend on the price of the house.  Professional photography, thoughtful staging, floor plans, drone media, property websites, premium online exposure and coordinated digital marketing are not reserved for luxury listings. We believe every seller deserves a presentation that shows their home at its best.
